Programmable Logic Control Experts
What is Programmable Logic Control (PLC)?
PLC is a digital computer used for automation of the electromechanical process. PLC is designed for multiple inputs and output arrangements, extended temperature ranges, immunity to electrical noise and resistance to vibration and impact.
PLC Process
Typically a PLC goes through five stages from conception to a working system:
- Design – a plant study is performed and control strategies are decided
- Writing – a detailed program specification is written
- Installation – Installation of all hardware
- Commissioning – Validates the completeness and accuracy of the project
- Maintenance – Performed once the system is in operation
